YouTube Debuts Shoppable Video

Have you ever been watching a movie or TV show and wondered what one of the characters was wearing? YouTube wants to make it easier for consumers to shop through video.

Juicy Couture has posted a shoppable ad, which the brand admitted was still a bit clunky. Clicking on a product, for example, stops the video. ReelSEO suggests that YouTube will need to develop “popcorn” technology similar to what Target uses in a three-episode romantic comedy series it recently produced.
