Content26 is thrilled to announce our acquisition by one of Europe’s fastest-growing, privately held companies. As of today, content26 is part of Brand New Galaxy, an independent holding company of marketing and technology agencies.
As a combined agency, we will help the companies we work with accelerate their business globally–on Amazon and emerging platforms. We are over the moon about this new phase as it brings with it global, end-to-end competencies around digital, e-commerce, and creative.
Entering a Brand New Galaxy
What exactly is Brand New Galaxy?
Founded in Poland in 2017, Brand New Galaxy (BNG) is a holding specialized in digital, e-commerce, technology, and creative services. Content26 is the first North American acquisition for BNG, which has quickly grown to more than 400 employees over the past three years.
BNG saw the importance of accelerating its competencies around Amazon content and media. Purchasing content26 allowed BNG to gain “deep media expertise on Amazon and reinforce e-commerce content capabilities while strengthening our presence in the US,” says Brand New Galaxy CEO, Kacper Kłos.
Kłos remarked that the combined agency is “positioned better than any other entity to help brands succeed globally.”
Content26: Thought Leader Around Content and Advertising
Founded in Seattle 15 years ago, content26 has played a key role in growing the Amazon business of some of the world’s largest brands. Content26 was the first agency specialized in e-commerce content creation and continues to pioneer the development of search-optimized, shopper-focused product content.
In the past four years, content26 has become an Amazon Advertising powerhouse, recognized as a leader in search and programmatic advertising throughout the agency world. Last year, content26 became an Amazon Advertising partner agency.
Amazon Landscape Changing for Brands
Content26 has had a front-row seat to the changes in how people shop. Content26 CEO, Tony Martinelli, recalls early skepticism that people would use Amazon to shop for fast-moving consumer goods products such as shampoo, diapers, and toilet paper.
While online shopping has become the norm in recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has shown how essential it has become both to consumers and brands.
Martinelli said joining forces with Brand New Galaxy will allow content26 to meet client needs for global, holistic solutions.
“We are so excited to be able to tap into Brand New Galaxy’s global capabilities on behalf of our clients,” Martinelli said. “This is a win for both us and our clients.”
