It’s been a while since we talked about the content and commerce<\/a> model on CP, but a new app, Tapestry, has my attention. Created by betaworks<\/strong>, this “tappable story” app provides short stories that readers advance through by tapping their screens. Though apparently not conceptualized as a medium for brand messages<\/a>, it’s almost perfect for that use, as Dove<\/strong> and GE<\/strong> are demonstrating.<\/p>\n

Every marketing blog worth its salt will tell you how important brand storytelling is, yet suggestions for how to do so are repetitive and vague. Tapestry might fill a necessary void, and is made for mobile to boot.
