Alex Schmelkin, writing for <strong>E-Commerce Times, <\/strong>recognized this reality and created some advice for vendors who want to stay ahead of the game. Schmelkin recommends creating a t-commerce optimized site, or at the very least, optimizing your existing website for tablet use. Some interesting findings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Women 45 to 54 spend considerably more than their male counterparts<\/li>\n<li>Women tend to make online purchases from 12 to 1 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Men spend
