Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Analyzing e-commerce consumer opinions on products and brands to determine their needs, barriers, and drivers.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, i.e., product reviews and numerical data delivered by Data Scientists.
  • Translating observations on business-driving insights and recommendations.
  • Preparing actionable reports fuelling the work of external and internal clients (e.g., strategy team) and presenting them at meetings.
  • Leveraging our data tools and capabilities and participating in new analytics solutions and tool development.
  • Proactively seeking and proposing new solutions in e-commerce and consumer analysis
  • Supporting junior team members with knowledge and expertise in analysis

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in in-depth analysis and reporting consumer opinions, concluding large volumes of text, e.g., consumer market research, social listening
  • Experience in data analytics: the ability to correctly interpret, visualize and present data
  • Experience with building reports (e.g., in PowerPoint, Power BI), combining qualitative and quantitative data, and giving recommendations based on them
  • Knowledge of Excel (data filter operations, pivot tables)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly about non-standard data sources and uses
  • Communication and presentation skills (fluent in English)

Nice to have:

  • At ease with Power BI or other data processing and visualization tools
  • Experience in statistical analysis and NLP techniques
  • E-commerce market knowledge
